| Facts: | Reid State Park is a 800 acre wooded park near Georgetown, at Maine's coast. |
| My two cents: | Reid State Park is a beautiful park with woods, beaches (Mile Beach & Half Mile Beach), dunes, trails and picnic tables. We hiked a few miles through the park, through the woods passing lakes and other beautiful places and afterwards we went for a walk on the beach and made a picnic. We visited Reid State Park in early May and there were not many people. I imagine that it can be crowded during the summer months. |
